School zone safety is a major concern for traffic professionals and with this in mind, promoting safe routes to school and active transportation along with education and enforcement can assist in improving the safety and health of all road users, especially during these challenging times.  Please join us for this Symposium where we will hear from industry experts and discuss our shared experiences, ongoing issues and potential solutions.

This workshop will take place over two 1/2 days from November 2-3, 2020.

Proof of enrollment at a College or University must be emailed to traffic@otc.org along with name and contact details for manual registration prior to the event.


CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY –

OTC’s cancellation policy has been amended temporarily to provide flexibility for in-person events due to COVID-19.

  • Should a registrant decide to cancel attendance at an in-person event based on concerns around health or travel during the COVID-19 situation, OTC will provide a credit to the registrant should they cancel for this reason. Rescheduling to another event will be charged an admin fee of $75. Substitutions within 2 business days at no cost.
  • If a registrant would like to cancel and require a refund, the registration fee less 50% will be refunded.
  • If OTC must cancel an event, a full refund will be issued to registrants.
