The Parking Symposium is designed to give delegates the opportunity to learn from informative speakers and network with colleagues in the parking industry from across the province. They will also have the opportunity to see the latest in equipment and technology at our Supplier Showcase.

This symposium will take place over two 1/2 days from May 31-June 1, 2021.

VIRTUAL EXHIBITOR HALL

Fee covers the virtual exhibitor profile and one workshop registration. Additional attendees are required to register using the regular attendee Member/Non-Member rates. Fee includes access to all sessions of the workshop and a 5–10 minute live or video introduction to your new/innovative products or services.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY –

OTC’s cancellation policy has been amended temporarily to provide flexibility for in-person events due to COVID-19.

  • Should a registrant decide to cancel attendance at an in-person event based on concerns around health or travel during the COVID-19 situation, OTC will provide a credit to the registrant should they cancel for this reason. Rescheduling to another event will be charged an admin fee of $75. Substitutions within 2 business days at no cost.
  • If a registrant would like to cancel and require a refund, the registration fee less 50% will be refunded.
  • If OTC must cancel an event, a full refund will be issued to registrants.
