OTC Webinar: Virtual Public Engagement in a Pandemic-Best Practices, Lessons Learned and a Changing Future

Date/Time
08/12/2021
9:30 am - 11:30 am

Over the last 18+ months, municipalities across Ontario have had to rethink how to engage the public in the planning, design and construction of infrastructure projects. As a result, virtual engagement is now the primary means in which the public can participate in a study or project. In this workshop, we will learn from practitioners across Ontario who have designed innovative virtual public engagement programs and initiatives.  They will share their stories, lessons learned and best practices. Our practitioners will also discuss the potential future of public engagement in a post-pandemic world.
