In 2021, the OTC under the direction of the Transportation Planning Committee and in development with a member steering committee published a Multi-Modal Level of Service Guideline containing the methodology for the evaluation of the level of service provided by streets and intersections to road users using all modes of travel. The guidelines allow transportation professionals to make design and operational decisions for streets and intersections that align with municipal goals and network strategies. Join us along with Dillon Consulting, our training partner and consultant for the Guideline to learn more about MMLOS and the practical application of the Guideline.

Target Audience: This course will be valuable for a range of practitioners who would like to learn about the Multi-Modal Level of Service (MMLOS) Guidelines including planners, engineers, technologists, maintenance and operations staff, and others involved in the planning, implementation and management of roads.
Webinar Outline: This webinar will provide an introduction to the new Ontario Traffic Conference (OTC) Multi-Modal Level of Service (MMLOS) Guidelines. This preliminary webinar will provide a solid introduction to the 1/2 day workshop on how to apply the MMLOS Guidelines.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Should a registrant decide to cancel attendance at an in-person or virtual event, training or symposium based on health concerns, unexpected travel issue or emergency, OTC will provide a credit to the registrant.
Rescheduling to another event is permissible and the registrant will be charged an administrative fee of $75.00. If the request is made within five business days, no cost will be applied.
If a registrant wants to cancel attendance at an event (in-person or virtual) and requests a refund, the registration fee less 50% will be refunded.
Please note that from time-to-time additional consideration may be given based upon circumstance and situational need. However, the above policy will be strictly enforced as the policy governing our events, trainings and symposia in all circumstances.
