9:00 am - 12:00 pm
This workshop will provide an introduction to the new Ontario Traffic Conference (OTC) Multi-Modal Level of Service (MMLOS) Guidelines and instruction on how to apply the Guidelines to the analysis of signalized intersections through case studies, discussion and opportunity for hands-on learning.
The MMLOS Guidelines were developed for the OTC by the team of Dillon Consulting Limited (Dillon) and MobyCon. The MMLOS Guidelines present a new methodology for analyzing the quality of service provided by streets and intersections to users of all modes of travel, including transit, cyclists, pedestrians, trucks, and cars.
Who Should Attend?
This course will be valuable for a range of practitioners including planners, engineers, technologists, maintenance and operations staff, and others involved in the planning, implementation and management of roads.
