Chris has over 20 years of experience within the public, private and educational sectors in the areas of traffic engineering and transportation planning, including roadway safety, development planning, traffic management, functional design, active transportation, corridor management and parking. He is the Superintendent of Roadway Safety at the City of Hamilton and has been on the OTC Traffic Training Course Committee since 2012, has taught at the OTC Technical Traffic Operations Course for many years and was elected to the OTC Board of Directors in 2022. His diverse public, private and educational sector experience provides him with a broad perspective on current issues and approaches in the transportation field.
